‣Any description or visual reference you have is extremely helpful and much appreciated.Half Payment Up-front 💰
‣Half of the price for what you request is required up-front. This is to make sure that I don't get tricked into making free art. If you can pay in full up-front that is also okay. I will not start a piece until at least half of the amount is paid first.Updates 📅
‣I will send progress updates to make sure I am on the right track with your ideaSpecific file size Requirements
‣Unless told otherwise I will be working in a 15inch by 20inch canvas with 300dpi for illustrations, backgrounds, and PNG Models
‣Vtube, Stream props, and Emotes will all be created and sent in the sizes required by twitch guidelines, or the model rigger
‣If you request a different file size please state what size (in inches or pixels) and the DPI in the order formCredit ©️
‣When a commission is complete you may use it however you would want for personal use. Profile photos, banners, social media, streaming, ect. However, credit is required. Please either include my website or my twitter. While the character rights belong to you, the creation of the art is me so do not claim it as your own or anyone else's.
‣ You cannot resell the work in any way. If you wish to commission me for a commercial project, please reach out to me with details.Portfolio Use 🎨
‣I retain the right to use a finished piece in my portfolio as an example or on social media. If you wish to keep a project private let me know in advance, this exception is only allowed under the terms that there must be a date in mind where you will debut the piece. Not displaying impedes both my portfolio and marketing.NFTs 🚫
‣You under NO circumstance are allowed to use my art in any format involving NFTs, Web3, the blockchain, or cryptocurrencies.Refunds 💸
‣I reserve the right to deny or cancel a commission for any reason. If I am unable to finish a commission I will issue a full refund.
‣If you wish to cancel the commission half way through the process only incomplete portions of the commission will be refunded. This is due to the fact that I would have already started the piece and taken a great amount of time on it. (ex: if only the sketch is complete for a full body color and you have canceled you will only be charged for the sketch)Revisions ✏️
‣Revisions can be made freely while in the sketch and line art phase. Any revisions after those phases would be a +5$ for minor changes and a +10$ for major changesRush Orders 🏃
‣If you need your piece to be moved to the front of the line and completed within at most 2 weeks, there will be an added fee of 50% of the original price.
